I learned that the hard way when I was still a solo freelancer.

Back then I thought I was the whole team. I took the brief, wrote the code, tested it, shipped it, chased the invoice. I told myself I was fast because I didn't have to wait on anyone.

Then a project came in that was simply too big for one person. I stayed up for nights trying to be the striker, the midfield, and the goalkeeper all at once. I delivered late. I still remember the quiet disappointment on that call.

That was the turning point. I realized a great player and a great team are not the same thing. A World Cup isn't won by one man running the full 90 minutes alone — it's won by people who trust each other to hold their position.

So I stopped trying to do everything and started building a team I could actually pass to. It felt like losing control at first. It turned out to be the moment ProgrammX became something bigger than me.
