I used to think being a one-man team made me fast.

That was the turning point. I realized a great player and a great team are not the same thing. A World Cup isn't won by one man running the full 90 minutes alone — it's won by people who trust each other to hold their position.

So I stopped trying to do everything and started building a team I could actually pass to. It felt like losing control at first. It turned out to be the moment ProgrammX became something bigger than me.
